Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original Larroudé box, ensuring all protective materials and dust bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
